  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 kiwis
  • 2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 liter bottle seltzer water
  • lemon and/or kiwi wedges

Cooking Directions

Step 1
Let’s Make Kiwi Lemonade Spritzer- Puree the sugar and kiwi in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
In a 1-quart container, stir together the lemon juice and water.
Step 3
Add the kiwi puree and stir it well.
Step 4
Then, chill it in the refrigerator until very cold.
Step 5
Let’s Serve- Pour 1/2 cup of the kiwi mixture into each of 8 tall glasses.
Step 6
Fill it with ice and add roughly 1/2 cup seltzer water to fill the glass.
Step 7
If you like, spike a lemon and/or kiwi wedge on the rim of each glass.
Step 8
Serve it chilled and enjoy.
